Error 0x7927e03e

My automactic update says that I have an update to install. When I go to
install the update I get an error message that says "Fatal Execution Engine
Error (0x7929e03e). Then is gives me a box that says application has
generated an exception that could not be handled then says something about
debugging the application. How do I fix this so I can download the Service
Pack 1 for my computer?

I am having the same problem, when I try to open Media Center Edition 2005.
Still looking for a solution. If you have a fix, please get back to me. Your
help would be appreciated.
