Contact the E-Mail FGroup 5.0 tech support people. It sounds as though this
program is expecting something to be available to it that is not. Perhaps
this program was designed for older MS operating systems and is not
compatible with Vista. If this is the case, you can try running it in
Compatibility Mode (see Vista's Help & Support for details) but the best
thing would be to contact the program's tech support first as they may have
updates, workarounds, etc.
