A few weeks ago I posted about the problem. (It is not on the server
anymore)
I tried different fixes, and ran Dial-a-fix. With no luck..I only could fix
it by restoring the drive with Drive Image, and the SoftwareDistribution
folder from a cloned PC. Windoss Update was fine, but now I am getting the
error again.
It is Microsoft Update. Disabling the software using the Windows Update page
fixed the problem , but I want to use Micsrosoft Update as well. What could
be the problem, missing files, or entries in the registry related only to
Microsoft Updates?

Again, Windows Update is fine. Dial-a-fix and others cannot repair Microsoft
Update for some reason.

Thank you for your time,

Mike.
