error 0x8007045a & runwizard

Hi
I have spent two days trying to work out the problem and have tired loads of
things and read loads of posts. I have the problem on this computer and just
finshed with a client with 8 computers who has suddenly got this problem -
all sligthly different. Here is my log:

Can anyone throw any light n this for me please? If i can get my computer
solved it may give me an idea on the other 8 i need to fix - but why has it
suddenly started happening!!
