Error 0x80070643 when installing WLM 2009

I got this error code when i should try to install Windows Live
Messenger 2009, a new version was up today on MSN.se/com, the older one
didn't work and this one won't work either. I now got version
14.0.8050.1202 on WLMsetup-web exe file. the blogg program and toolbar
is installed and updated, but WLM, Mail, photo and movie maker won't be
installed cos of this error, i got Windows Vista Ultimate 64x, what is
worng and how do i solve the problem? please help, WLM works just fine
in this version on my laptop that got Windows XP.
