Error 0x80070643 when installing WLM

I am experiencing this error message when installing. I have tried Jonathan
Kays' link but it still does not work.......
Why is this happening? What is the reason so many are experencing this
problem?

I seem to be experiencing the same problem as Yiannachristou. The Link
Jonathan gives is an incorrect one. And when i actually try to search his own
site i get linked to this one. So plz help.

hi

i also wanted to upgrade to the new messenger 9 ...
well i had the same error and i tried the link from Jonathan,
I deleted everything, tried to install it new, install other stuff and
still nothing works for me...
and I have another problem, I also can not install updates maybe this is a
reason?

weird is also that I can not even install my old msn?? there it shows me
error 8000ffff

plssssssssssss help me... it makes me sooo crazy lol

would be for any help thankful!!!!
