I'm repeatedly getting Error 0x80070643 from Windows Update installing
"Security Update for Excel Viewer 2003 (KB914451)". Windows Update usually
works fine and automatically for me, including Office XP/2003 updates
I have read KB 903772 and other posts here but they did not help.
1) I did start OSE Service -> no use.
2) I don't have an Office 2003 CD - Word 2002 was preinstalled on my PC. I
have a Works Suite 2003 CD but OSE.EXE is not on that. Tho' I don't think
OSE.EXE is corrupt.
3) I had downloaded Excel Viewer 2003 from Windows site, separately. Could
that be the reason?
