error 0x80070643

I keep getting this code on Windoe Updates that won't install..
I can't get the update to install. Anyone have any suggestions on what I
need to do?

I believe this is the error where you need to go into your Services and on
your RPC service you need to change the logon to Local System Account. Do
that, reboot, then try updating again.
