Error 0x80070663 Still

I've had this error for a few days now and no matter what I do I can't
install the office SP2. I've tried the other fixes on this site dealing with
the registry and fixed them. Still it does not fix it. What can I do now?

Error message when you try to install some of the Office 2003 or Office XP
updates: "No valid sequence could be found for the set of patches"
