Hi Rich,
I'm not sure what you mean by the remote thing here -- Remote Desktop and Assistance are both
compatible Vista to XP and vice versa.
If you meant the Application Sharing function that went along with Whiteboard in Messenger,
then yeah that's gone.
SharedView does work rather well, unfortunately the release version doesn't integrate into
Messenger like the beta ones did.
