Error 0x80072efe & 0x80004005 occur when downloading updates

We are having some problems updating XP Pro computers with WindowsUpdate. I
am able to connect to the WindowsUpdate site and it sees the updates I need.
However, when I select download and install updates, the download process
fails. I have attached the last several lines of my WindowsUpdateLog file.
Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. Thank you !!
