Error 0x80072F78 Again. Sorry.

Hi,

I've read countless articles detailing how to fix this error, including the
relevant ones here -> http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
and the various posts in this group.

I've performed a clean install of XP and applied SP2. The error is still
occuring.

What am I doing wrong?

I have IE6 SP2 (6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_trm.040803-2158)
