Error 0x80072F78. What is causing error on my pcs.

I greatly appreciate your response but these solution don't work. I know kb
836985 inside and out. The solution mentioned don't work. My isa's ports are
open. I've done tests to verify my internet connection and the tests confirm
that 80 and 443 are fullyfunctional and working.
