Error 0X80080001 -Installing SP2

I'n novice - cannot get past 1st pg, error 0x80080001
when trying to install service pack 2. Is older computer,
did ok on new one. Security set low. Help!?!?!

error "Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the
requested page.
0x800B0001" would occur if the "initpki.dll" had been de-registered. please
try the following workaround given below.


follow the below given steps to Re-register these files by going to Start,
Run and typing:

REGSVR32 SOFTPUB.DLL
REGSVR32 INITPKI.DLL
REGSVR32 MSSIP32.DLL
