Error 0x800A0005

I'm unable to do a windows upgrade because of Error number: 0x800A0005
I'm running a fresh install of XP SP2
Any help?

Are you getting that error when first accessing Windows Update, scanning
for updates, downloading updates, etc ?
Suggest you check the WindowsUpdate.log located in the WINDOWS folder
for error codes. The most recent entries are towards the bottom.
Post back with a *section* of the log that contains any error codes.
Do NOT post the whole log, please.
