Error#0x800B0001-website cannot display page.

When I try to fix this problem, by typing in or registering the various .dll
files, I get this message:
"Caution: You are attempting to open a file of type Application Extension
(.dll). If you
want to open the file, click "Open With", otherwise Cancel." What should I
do?

Follow:
When searching for available updates on the Update site, you receive the
0x800B0001 error.

if you just type in the run box for example wuapi.dll you will get the error.
Your must type in the full line: regsvr32 wuapi.dll

Do the same for the other files mentioned.
