Error 0x800B0001 while trying to update

My computer was switched off for half year. Whenever I try to start WIndows
update now, the message on the website is:

[Fehlernummer: 0x800B0001]
Die gewünschte Seite kann nicht angezeigt werden, da auf der Website ein
Problem aufgetreten ist.
Mit den folgenden Optionen kann das Problem möglicherweise behoben werden.

Can anybody tell me the meaning of the error code: I couldn't find any hint
in the forum or on the website ?
What to do ?

When searching for available updates on the Update site, you receive the
0x800B0001 error.
