error 0x800b0001 windows update

can anyone help in laymen terms please,these problem has happened suddenly
and i dont know why,cant get windows updates and also having problems with my
net.password i have to keep changing it because its saying that it is
wrong....thank you

Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 Softpub.dll, and then click OK two times.
Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 Mssip32.dll, and then click OK two times.
Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 Initpki.dll, and then click OK two times.
Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 wintrust.dll, and then click OK two times
Reboot
