error 0x800B0004

Please help...I am still using Win 98 operating system. Getting errors
concerning security ceritficates when i go to web sites. Attempted to udate
windows and got error number as above, with windows update software not
installing successfully. Can anyone give any solutions???

Try the troubleshooting steps recommended at the Windows Update
Troubleshooter:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
In the "Problem reaching Windows Update" section, click on the link for
"While the Windows Update site is loading, you receive Initialization Error
0x800B0004 or Error 0x800B0003"

I'm having the same problem (except with WIN 2000). I've tried all the
trouble shooting steps given and I still get the same message.

Already tried all of those trouble shooting steps (as previously mentioned),
no luck.
