Error 0x800B001

Can someone please help me out with this error? I am not sure what it means
or how to get to my update lists.

Three possible solutions:-

Click Start., choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 softpub.dll

Click OK.
and/or
Click Start, choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 Mssip32.dll

Click OK.
and/or
Click Start, choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 Initpki.dll

Click OK.

Thank you for this post--it helped immensly.
After downloading Norton Antivirus 2005, I was unable to logon to MSN or any
secure site. This was the fix.

I used "regsvr32 mssip32.dll" and I was able to access ITunes, which I though
I lost when I moved my computer from one room to another. Thank you so much.

Thank you! I uses"regsvr32 mssip32.dll" error fix to access ITunes with the
icon, which I haven't been able to do since I moved my computer from one room
to another. Good work!!
