Error 0x800F0003 when installing KB916595

All my updates are correctly installed except for KB 916595. When I look in
the histoty I have the error code 0x800F0003. I can't found this error code
in the Microsoft sites nor on google.

If somebody know a solution please help me.

Try to find the install log for that update, perhaps called KB916595.log
Look in it for the error code. If using find in Notepad drop the 0x prefix
in case the code is recorded elsewhere without that.

So you can see that without some context, e.g. the command which had
the invalid syntax, the code is not very useful by itself.
