This is a problem that is sometimes resolved by installing the latest version of
Windows Script. You can download this from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
1. Click on the link to Microsoft Windows Script 5.6 Download.
2. Download the appropriate package.
3. Save Scripten.exe to your desktop.
4. After download double-click on the Scripten.exe program to install.
