Error 0x80200010 with NO PANDA installed....

I see the fixes for Panda....but I don't have that installed.
Is there an easy fix for me?
Win XP, McAfee AV

I had 25 updates downloaded and could not install using the "install"
button. Same error code.
Changed my settings in Update to "Automatic" and set the time for the next
hour when I knew I would be connected. (I have a dial up connection). I did
not receive any notification of installation. All updates were installed
correctly.
