Error 0x80240020 Means?

Could someone please tell me what the technical documentation says about this
error? Maybe I can try and track down what exactly is causing this problem of
my Updates with SP2 failing to install.

I've tried clearing all my cache and deleting folders in my
....\Windows\SoftwareDistribution Folder. And still cannot figure out why my
Updates are failing to install.
