Error 0x8024200D When Installing KB920342

When attempting to install Update for Windows XP (KB920342)
Peer Name Resolution Protocol (PNRP) version 2.0 I get the following message:

Installation Failure

Error Code: 0x8024200D
Try to install the update again, or request help from one of the following
resources.

Does anyone know what is causing this and what the resolution is?
