Error: 0x80244016

When attempting to get XPSP2 to do Windows Update I get a
general failure page with the error: 0x80244016.
I have searched high & low for the resolution to this
Windows Update error message but have found nothing.
anyone have any ideas?

P.S: We're using MS ISA2000 SP2

SUS_E_PT_HTTP_STATUS_BAD_REQUEST
Http status 400 - invalid syntax

If not, can you send %windir%\windowsupdate.log?
Also, if you can get a netmon capture during the scenario below, it will be
great.

Were you able to solve the problem below?
If not, can you send %windir%\windowsupdate.log?
