Error 0x8024402C with 2003 Server W/SP1

Existing 2003 Server with SP1 installed recently had SPS added. Now when I
try to get updates an error 0x8024402C appears. Any ideas on how to resolve
this? Thanks

For me is this error: 0x80244001
