Error 0x80246008 while trying to download updates!

I get this error when i try to download updates! Anyone knows what can i do?

There are several other messages in this newsgroup dealing with the
0x80246008 error. Have you tried any of those solutions yet?
For example, have you tried the steps in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910337 ?

If so, please respond with whatever errors you get when attempting the
resolution of making BITS enabled.
