about error : 0x8024D007

I haven t got too much knowledge of computer systems, and when I am tried to
update windows xp gives me error : 0x8024D007. one of my mate tried to help
me who is very good about computers but he couldnt even help me and I can not
find the answear. is tehere anyone to help me about please. thanks..

0x8024D007 WU_E_SETUP_REGISTRATION_FAILED is usually associated with
incomplete downloads and/or Perm issues, or missing files [0x80070002],
or interference by sec software [0x80070005].
