Error 0x80ef01e8 Using Voice With a Vista User

When trying to use the voice feature with a person using Vista, it
repeatedly failed with this message

"Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later.
(0x80ef01e8)"

A google groups search came up with two other Vista users getting this
same message recently and no failures like this before recently.

Anybody know what's wrong or how to fix it?

I would also like to find out why this message is appearing, it worked fine 5
days ago, and i havent changed anything?

I get the same error 0x80ef01e8 when trying voice chat between XP
computers (Video chat works ok - but need voice chat when sharing
desktops).
