error 0x8ddd0007

I keep getting told to restart my computer, I have tried the registry and
deleted the reboot required key and it still tells me to reboot every time, i
have followed the advice that microsoft give for this error number but still
nothing.....HELP......

Which version of Windows, which update(s) is causing the issue, and
specifically, which registry key did you delete ?
