If you're looking for help please be specific. What suggestions did you try?
BTW you're posting from the web interface for newsgroups.
Did you try a search there? E.g. searching for that code and
filtering for Answered Questions finds this apparently useful
suggestion:

Unfortunately that is an exception because the flagging and voting
mechanisms have not been used very well so far. Another way of
filtering in mostly posts which may contain answers would be to append
either MSFT or MVP to your queries.
