Error 0xBC2

Hello.
I try to install update KB955395 and have got Error 0xBC2.
Target system: MS Windows XP Pro SP3

Can anyone say something how I can resolve this issue?

Is KB955395 being offered via Windows Update? Is Microsoft SQL Server 2008
installed or have you attempted to install it?

Try rebooting the machine.
