error: 0XDDD0018

I recently saw an answer to this problem and it was as
simple as going to check the see if the services
associated with this problem were as they were suppose to
be but and after looking it worked. I can't find that
message again and I just reinstalled windows xp sp2 and
windows update will not work again. all processes are set
to what they are suppose to be. Thanks, Tamara
