error 0xe0000206 from SetupDiOpenClassRegKey function in Windows 7

This problem happens only on Windows 7. When I call this function to open a
class registry key, it returns 0xe0000206. It does not happen with older
versions like XP or Vista.

0xe0000206 = ERROR_INVALID_CLASS

What class are you using?
