Error 1642 for Silverlight

After following the subsequent instructions for a problem with KB955305
update on a Vista-B SP1 for a Lenovo T60p.

Uninstall Silverlight, them
If you'd like to reinstall Silverlight, see

Silverlight, either versions, refuses to install and gives an error 1642.
Registry was cleaned of the only entry related to Silverlight.
Any sugestions?

You expect to get a solution without even been courteous enough to show
helpfull interest in the problem and not just burocratic?
Those in this same forum which were victims and interested in the problem
and the solution, have already and most certainly receive my humble solution
to the problem. I shall not be petty and refuse to help anyone minimaly
courteous. Just look for the correct inquiry and if you so desire or feel
