This error message is coming from Adobe Flash Player. This Flash Player is
the product of Adobe Systems Inc. I'd guess that "Channel 4OD" (whatever
that is :-) uses the Flash Player, to display video from within an Internet
Explorer session - quite common for online content (Youtube does the same).

It sounds like the Flash Player is only half installed. You can try
re-installing it, direct from the Adobe website:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

(You can skip the optional Google Toolbar, that isn't required).

For more info about troubleshooting problems installing the Flash Player,
see this Adobe page:

http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...9166&sliceId=1

Once you have the Adobe Flash Player working correctly, you should be able
to view online Flash content, such as video.

Hope it helps,
Andrew
