I already find solution on that problem;
Please follow the ff: and it might help you too.
- You must enable the built-in administrator account
- Right click my computer and click manage
- Expand local users and groups
- Click users - double click administrator
- Clear disabled checkbox
- Click Ok
- Then right click the administrator and set password
- Click ok then enter the password
Note: This account will not read on the uac. Thru this settings you can
access anything you need
