Error 1935

I downloaded and tried to install Office 12 on a Vitsa machine. I get
an 1935 error with HRESULT 0x80071A30.

Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Have you tried disabling UAP and reattemtp the install? Click Start > All
Programs > Accessories > Run > type in MSCONFIG > Tools (tab) > scroll down
> select "Disable UAP" > click "Launch" > close Command Prompt > restart
system for changes to take effect. Retry the install.

Yes, I did.
