Error 1935 MSXML2

I am trying to instal some software from Paint shop pro. Just before it
finishes installing I get a message from Windows stating an error has
occurred. It gives me a lond string of numbers which do not come up in a
search on this site but the relavant figures are in this title. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
p.s My system is totally up to date with updates, running Win XP with FX53
AMD processor
