Error 25004

Hi I am no very techie so please speak in simple language. I am trying to
install office prof plus 2007, I have office XP installed at the moment. I
get an error message of error 25004 config.xml not specified.

Any ideas what this means and also how do I fix it?

Any help much appreciated.
