Error 430

When I try to open the link to retrieve the file using (Vista) Windows Mail
which is
located on www.google.com usually ( Win XP or Win 2K have no problems)
Vista shows the " Error 430" and inform, that file doesn't exist. But is
does and
Win XP and 2K opened it with no problem. Is there any other way to avoid
this
error?
