ERROR 80004002

I have tried everything I have found online on how to solve this issue and
it's getting me really frustrated
I dont wanna have to format my computer for an Update Error ...
Can someone please help me?

I have tried registering the .dll in the comm menu, I have tried
reinstalling Windows Update Agent and the error still

excessive demand on the servers ("Update is not allowed to download due to
regulation"). It can take up to 7 days or more (sometimes much more) for
all Automatic Update users to get new updates when so many have been
released on the second Tuesday of a given month. See

“Automatic Updates� icon does not display the status of downloads when you

Specifically, *which* .dll files did you try to register and what
message was received when you attempted to register them ?

The most recent entries are at the bottom of the WindowsUpdate.log(which
has nothing to do with the registry, BTW) .
Please make another attempt at updating and then copy&paste the last 50
