Hi,

Can you try the following:

1. Stopped "Automatic Updates" service and changed it's starup mode to
manual.
2. Rename the SoftwareDistribution to OldSoftwareDistribution folder located
in %Windir%\SoftwareDistribution
3. Go to WUV5 Windows Update site.

Does the site work?

Thank you

David,
Could you check whether wuauserv and BITs service is enabled and running?
You can do this by:
* from command line, run services.msc
* make sure "Automatic Updates" and "Background Intelligent Transfer
Service" is enabled and running.
