i got this error when updating,who guys can tell me how to solve it?

Have you looked at the detail in the WindowsUpdate.log located in your
Windows folder?

I recieved this error when my antispyware a-pplication was blocking the
"TrustedInstaller" service that runs when Windows Update is invoked. Be sure
you don't have a firewall or other application such as antivirus that is
blocking the windows update process.

Turn off your webroot spysweeper and try updates its the conflict with
windows defender.
