Error 8007000D when trying to install Dream Scene on Vista Ultimat

I've looked all over Google for this (didn't take long, 4 results...). The
software is registered, everything appears to work fine, but when I try to
install the Dream Scene Preview I get error 8007000D.

I've followed the instructions (stop the service and empty the log files)
but it still happens.

Does anyone have a clue what needs fixing here?
