Error 80070103

I was downloading an update and I was also installing Microsoft Home &
Student 2007 when everything went wrong and I the only option was to unplug
my computer. Both the download and Home & Student did not finish and now I
have this error everytime I try a Java Game based on-line game

What update?

What operating system?

Is this relevant?
