Error 80070103 when downloading Intel PRO/1000 PL Network Connecti

I tried to manually download the update and it tells me my computer is
already up-to date. Help please...

Run Windows Update manually and "hide" the driver update.

You receive error 0x80070103 when you use the Windows Update or Microsoft
Update Web sites to install updates:
