I used the Media Player 9 successfully UNTIL I tried to update it. Now I
receive the error "configuration registry database is corrupt". When I click
on web help I get the error number 800703F1, but no additional help. When I
go to my windows update history, it shows that the media player update (July
19) is 'in progress' as opposed to successfully updated. I tired to 'system
restore' with a number of different dates before the July 19 date to no
avail. I have a Windows ME operating system. Thanks for any help you can
provide!
