error"80070422" result from error "1058"

i cant update my windowscus of error "80070422" and when i do the steps in
the help center "On the General tab, next to Startup type, make sure that
Automatic is selected.

Next to Service status, check to see if the service is started. If it is
not, click Start.
"

i get the error "1058"
i did the "Windows modules installer" manual like in the befor advice.

plz help me

Considerations:-
